RMA REQUEST
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If approved, you will be assigned an RMA number via e-mail. Products returned without an assigned RMA number will not be accepted. Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of order shipment.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
1. Only items submitted in this request that have been approved may be returned. All other items will be repackaged and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
2. A Product being returned must be in new and resalable condition. This means it must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, complete with all manuals, cables, disks, power supplies, batteries, warranty cards, etc.
3. Customer is responsible for the packaging, handling, and freight costs to get these items back to CAM Commerce. CAM does not issue call tags or reimburse these fees.
4. Each box must have the RMA number clearly written on the side that contains the shipping label.
5. Products must be received by CAM no later than 30 days after the issue date of this conditional RMA. This RMA will expire 30 days after the issue date and no new RMA will be issued for these products. The products will no longer be eligible for return.
6. Items received with an invalid RMA number or received after the 30 day expiration date will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
7. CAM will inspect the items shipped on the RMA for conformity with the above terms and conditions. CAM, at its sole discretion, will determine if the returned product qualifies for a credit.
